With twenty-five years experience practicing massage therapy at Community Chiropractic Center in Tallahassee, Florida (now closed), Ben has been privileged to have his practice associated with the amazing "Doc" Jim Terrell, DC (retired).
Ben graduated in 1989 from the Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, Florida. The extensive training and excellent instruction he received there assisted him to become a caring and intuitive massage therapist. Specializing in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular Massage, Sports Massage and Pregnancy Massage, he has been a member since 1991 of the American Massage Therapy Association.
Ben's massage therapy skills are deeper than just the technical. He has an uncanny ability to zero-in on his client's problem and this facility is partly innate and partly the result of many years of practicing palpation skills. It allows him to concentrate his energy and the client's time on solving the problems they most need addressed. He provides gentle, comfortable and deep massage therapy that brings stressed-out folks a calm and centered awareness as well as freedom from pain. He enjoys helping bring all kinds of people from pain or dysfunction to greater ease and health, whichever part his role takes in their overall process. Athletes, dancers, musicians, artists, students, professors, state workers, homemakers, expectant mothers, laborers and business executives- all have found his work something to rave about.
